A Letter From Founders
Dear fellow ingredient-label-readers, reasonably-priced-food-seekers, and people who search “is carrageenan bad” at 11pm,

Thank goodness. You found us. Or maybe we found you. Either way, welcome.
Maybe this resonates, but a few years ago we thought life was fantastic. We ate what we wanted, worked hard, squeezed in a HIIT class when we could, and threw in a salad occasionally to cancel out the poor decisions. That's how it works, right? We were crushing it.
We were in fact not crushing it.
Behind the scenes we were quietly accumulating health conditions nobody wants. At 33, a doctor suggested Mahesh start a statin. He politely declined and chose denial instead. At 30, Karishma's gut was telling her that her gut was in bad shape. The true test arrived. We wanted to start a family, but we struggled. It took us nearly two years.
In a last-ditch effort, we put in the work: we cleaned up our nutrition, cooked more at home, and just as we were about to give up, a positive pregnancy test came our way. It turns out food is kind of an awesome healer.
Then we were thrown into early parenthood, which is not a season of life that lends itself to mindful eating. We slipped, and fell right back into old habits.
When our son developed an autoimmune condition at 10 months old, we made a vow to overhaul everything. Real ingredients, minimal processing, organic within budget. Soon after, his symptoms went from an 8 out of 10 to a 2. We committed to this lifestyle as a family, and coincidentally, we healed too. Mahesh went from statin to thrivin' and Karishma got to experience and celebrate euphoric digestion.
Friends and family noticed how we felt and looked. They started asking questions and we told them everything. We shared our secret (clean) sauce scattered across notebooks and spreadsheets: all the products, the stores, the standards we'd built with the help of doctors and nutritionists, and a very extensive price-comparison table (because who wants to spend $13 on organic pasture raised eggs when you can find a deal for $9?!). Their response, almost every time: that sounds incredible, but that is way too much work.
They weren't wrong. So here we are, building the unreFIND for us and for you.
This is for the few thousand people who believed in what we were building before we launched, and everyone who finds us next. For anyone who gives a damn about better food for themselves and their families, but has better things to do than become a full-time label reader or price comparer.
Clean living shouldn't be this hard. We're fixing that so you can just do the living part... and do it well.
